Christina Hanna, Esq.

Christina Hanna has been committed to representing injured individuals since her admission to the Connecticut Bar and resolves approximately 125-150 personal injury cases each year through settlement, mediation, and arbitration ranging in value from $10,000.00-$300,000.00.  In addition, Christina has successfully tried a number of jury cases including a recent premises liability case where she recovered $75,000.00 on behalf of a client following the defendants’ taking a no pay position on the case prior to trial. 1

Christina was recently named as a “2011 Rising Star” by Connecticut Magazine and New England Super Lawyers Magazine in the field of personal injury law.2

In addition, Christina’s reputation is well known among members of the Workers’ Compensation bar as she regularly handles informal hearings, formal hearings, and appeals at workers’ compensation districts throughout the state. Christina is a frequent lecturer at bar association sponsored workers’ compensation seminars regarding legal and ethical issues facing workers compensation attorneys.

Christina served as co-chair of the small firm division on the Connecticut Young Lawyers’ Association ’04, and is a member of the Dean’s Council at Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association. 

Christina earned her undergraduate degree at Fairfield University and her J.D. at Quinnipiac University School of Law. While attending Quinnipiac University School of Law, Christina was involved in the Moot Court Honor Society where she and her team represented the university at the quarterfinal round in 2003. Christina was also active as president of the Italian Law Society which focused on community service.
